ABOUT THE PROJECT
The SOFTee project aims to support Generation Z in developing their soft skills in 5 categories. The resources in the EduZine format will, in themselves, support young people in developing some of the key skills they need to enhance their employability; however, when focused on the target topic of developing soft skills, the activities will be designed to create authentic and deeper learning experiences for Generation Z representatives that will appeal to their interests in finding truth and authenticity in their experiences, while supporting them to enhance the cross-cutting skills that employers value. Therefore, through these innovative educational resources, the SOFTee project aims to bridge the gap between Generation Z and the needs of the labour market by
increasing their soft skills.
